At Seeyan EV Charge, we strive to provide our customers with a smooth and transparent experience at every step of their EV charging journey. However, we understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

1. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY

You may cancel or reschedule your EV charging booking at any time. Please note that a Cancellation or Convenience Fee may apply, as detailed below.

• The applicable fee will be displayed at the time of cancellation or rescheduling on the Seeyan EV Charge App or website.
• Cancellation rates and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

2. FEES & CONDITIONS

Cancellation or Convenience Fees will apply under the following circumstances:

• If you cancel your booking after it has been confirmed.
• If the EV driver is delayed by more than fifteen (15) minutes from the scheduled time, leading to automatic cancellation and applicable fees.

Rescheduling a booking is free of charge. However, if the charging rate changes for the new time slot, the updated rate will apply.

In the event of cancellations due to maintenance, technical issues, or outages at the charging station initiated by Seeyan EV Charge Admin or the Charge Point Owner, no cancellation fees will apply. A full refund will be issued.

3. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

• Login to the Seeyan EV Charge App
• Go to Main Menu → My Bookings
• Click the ‘X’ icon next to the booking you wish to cancel
• Confirm cancellation and you’ll receive an SMS confirmation 

4. HOW TO RESCHEDULE YOUR BOOKING

• Login to the Seeyan EV Charge App
• Go to Main Menu → My Bookings
• Choose the booking you wish to reschedule and select a new time slot
• Confirm reschedule and you’ll receive SMS confirmation

5. REFUND PROCESS

• Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed within 24–48 hours.
• Once processed, the refund amount will be credited to your Seeyan App Wallet within 24 hours.
• You will be notified of your refund status via email and SMS.
